Speedy specimen is an advanced program specifically designed to condition your body so that you're prepared to perform at the highest level. Get ready to train like a pro-athlete 3 days a week for 6 weeks. This regimen solely focuses on drills that maximize your speed, agility, and endurance. More importantly, this program includes dynamic warm ups and static stretches to ensure you are training and recovering the proper way. Speedy Specimen was created based on the principles of stride length and stride frequency in order to increase your maximum sprint speed. This 3 day a week program gives you the ability to incorporate strength training during off days through our other advanced programs such as Stronger Specimen and Shredded Specimen. Speedy Specimen is essential towards reaching your highest athletic performance by making sport specific skills your main focus.
