If you are looking to drop some weight and cut stubborn body fat to reveal lean muscle, Shredded Specimen is the right program for you. We will be training 6 days a week for 12 weeks, with one critical active recovery day designed for resetting your body, in order to better prepare you for the next week. We will be working on shredding fat while building lean muscle, so that you can have a toned full body physique. This program heavily focuses on core and cardio, so expect it at the end of each work out and on your active recovery days. Eating less throughout the day is not the most productive nor safest approach to fat loss. Weight training mixed with the proper meal plan will help you achieve your goals in no time. You will notice we will be doing a lot of supersets throughout this program and reducing the rest interval between exercises, in order to burn calories and destroy undesirable body fat.
