Whether you’re constantly on the go traveling, working, or just prefer to stay in the comfort of your own home, this program will keep you toned without the need for a monthly membership at the gym. The secret towards attaining your fitness goals is consistency. Homebody allows you to stop making excuses by keeping it affordable, with minimal equipment, and allowing you to dictate your own schedule based on what works best for you. Over the course of 6 weeks, you will be training 6 days a week with one active recovery day.
