Our Mission

NJ Performance Lab was created to help people reach their health and fitness goals. We know what its like to have a vision of the body you want or the desire to be the best at your sport/activity, but lack the knowledge of how to achieve it. We know how frustrating it can be to lift right, eat right, and somehow still hit plateaus. Over the years we have tried and tested the best ways to train in order to provide you with quality programs that work. As a young athlete I understand the feeling of being doubted, but through my genuine love for exercise science and a willingness to work hard, I was able to develop into an award winning college football player. No matter what your fitness goals are, we'll work together to create a never quit attitude, motivated by results.

Health and fitness have always played a major role in my life. I was fortunate enough to play Division 1 collegiate football at The University of Southern Mississippi where I discovered a passion for unlocking peak performance. Since competing at the professional level in the NFL/XFL, I've developed a desire to help others reach their personal fitness goals.
